<p>No, you cannot join a Veterinary college without NEET if you're aiming for a BVSc &amp; AH (Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry) course in India. As per the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) and state authorities, NEET is mandatory for admission to government and most private veterinary colleges. Without NEET, you may only get into some diploma-level veterinary or animal Science programs, but not the full degree. So if you want to become a vet, NEET is your gateway.</p>
