If you have cleared your backlogs, it should not affect your chances to pursue MS computer Science. However, if there is an interview for admission and the topic comes up, make sure that you have a suitable alibi to justify your backlogs.

Not a bad idea at all. Infact MBA through regular mode of education would be very good if you can leave your job for a period of 2 years. Here you have the option to do MBA through Part-time mode or distance mode, which will not require you to appear in CAT / MAT.

Yes, it is possible to get into a Masters programme in the UK with 50% marks in your Bachelors, under the following circumstances -
The programme looks at your overall profile rather than just your marks. You have credible work experience in the field of your further study, which enhances your profile.
The programme requires a portfolio to showcase your work, which is of high standards.
The university is not very high ranked but at the same time is a public university. You may get into a high-ranked university along with a Pre-master, rather than a direct master.

If you did M.Sc from recognized university, then you are eligible for NET test. It doesn’t matter, you did M.Sc from private or regular. You are eligible for NET test.
