It is very nice to hear from you that in spite of having done your M.Sc in applied electronics with very good marks you still want to do B.Tech but from correspondence course. Here let me give you a word of caution. Few months back, the Supreme Court of India has cancelled all the degrees awarded to many students who had obtained them via correspondence course. As you are from commerce background, you can pursue MCA but not M.Sc in computer studies as you need to study computer Science as a subject in your graduation.
