So, do a 3 years. professional course.

Minimum eligibility for admission is 55%(45% for SC/ST) marks in BSc(qualifying degree) and 50% marks in exam then cutoff will decide on basis on number of candidates appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam.

It is worth if you pursue your studies from a reputed university. Getting your degree from any XYZ university abroad or USA will not do any good. It is important from a career point of view.
However, getting a job will depend on your own skills and credentials.

If you are talking about IIT programmes or programmes offered by some reputed universities, M Tech is generally a course/credit based programme wherein the student pursues a certain number of PG level courses apart from project work as to complete within 24 months. Yes, you can no problem everything depends on your knowledge and skills. MCA Is surely good but needs MH-CET for admission and also in Maharashtra MCA-Science is closed. Available courses are MCA-engineering and MCA-management. I would prefer you MS if your from bcs background otherwise no difference in MS and MCA.
