Explain your condition to them with the help of your parents. Obtain a medical certificate by a certified doctor as a proof of your health condition. You can go for any industrial jobs as many industries prefer candidates from M.Sc chemistry and even many renowned coaching institute prefer such candidates. Apart from it you can go for research after this after clearing ugc net or Gate exam.
