Women's Christian College is in Chennai, Tamil Nadu and it is not in Canada. If your BSc Food nutrition course is a three year degree program, you will not be eligible to do masters in Canada. If it is a four program then you are eligible. In such case you might have to do a diploma of one year and then do your Masters.

IIT JAM is the mandatory exam for admission in IIT for M.Sc. With minimum 55% marks in Bachelor degree in general category, 50 % marks for SC/ST.

Yes, you can apply in Maharashtra. But you will get only the seat of outsider quota which is 15-20% of total fees.

The answer depends on your preference. The regular degree is cheaper and has good ROI but VCU gives you an opportunity to learn abroad but it is expensive. If an affordable MBA with a good package is what you are looking for go for regular. But if you prefer an abroad studies with good exposure prefer VCU.
