Hello Lokesh,
Normally, student visa should not be affected but it will depend on the country where you want to go to.Countries like Austalia, UK, Canada, etc. requires candidates to undergo medical tests including HIV, in such a case, you may not be admissible or must show that the country health service will not be liable for any loss. Heath insurance requirements are to be met too. The best thing is to check with the embassies.
Good luck.

First of all, finish your 12th syllabus first then revise concept of 11th as burden of board exam will not be there if you will follow this method. You can take help of private tuition or coaching centres. Take advise from your school teachers as they know you better and also from seniors who have cleared IIT exam.
