Dear Sachin,
A B.Com degree should be a three years duration course. Academic transfer with university rules & regulations and completing entire three years (Inclusive of after-Break Period). But getting into one sitting degree by fake universities (non-listed in UGC website) is fake degree and not recognised for government. Or even private jobs. Be cautious of fake organisation. Take time, prepare well and complete your graduation only from UGC recognised university / colleges.

The interviewer will want to know about you and since they cannot see you, they will assess you based on your confidence in the way you answer them. You might get questions regarding your previous course, your subjects, your interests, general awareness, current affairs etc. They will try to see if you fit into this structure. That's about it.
