There are many coaching center for CA preparation. So it is very difficult to choose which the best is. We have to check the reputation of coaching centres and reviews. If you are asking the best coaching center for CA then J K shah classes will be good option for you. There educational curriculum is high quality.
A per today's scenario CS is the best branch which is giving the highest placement record. For secure options, it is best to adopt.
For the second one.
You will surely crack an exam without coaching. You just need to prepare well and have confidence within you. Remember, topper of IIT JEE is mostly from the non-coaching background, you can get motivation from there.
Best of luck.
Hi Saurabh,
Yes, you can.
But that won't be the case initially.
After some experience which you gain, and tour skills which you develop and the knowledge which you possess, all three combined, makes you eligible for a good remuneration.
All the best!
3 months is not enough for clearing CS executive exams, but at the same time, it cannot be denied that proper planning and hard work can make it possible too. So, based on my personal experience, I would like to suggest you something :
1. First, target the 3 objective papers as it is easy to score in them.
2. Employ more efforts on Company Law and SEBI because these two papers are difficult to score.
3. Take proper sleep so that what you read and learn will not get blurred in your mind.
4. Almost, all papers are theoretical in nature so take at least 10 to 20 minutes gap between 2 papers. You can listen to music in that p... View more
Hi,
The company secretary course is conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
It is a pan India organisation which has chapter offices all around the country.
You need to register yourself with the Institute and you can go ahead with the CS course.
It is also worth noting that CS is not conducted by any university or colleges.
You can get your graduation degree simultaneously while doing CS and for that graduation degree you need to get enrolled into a college.
Don't refer any authors books for CA/CS/CMA.
Better to study institute books, it's enough.
And refer revision test papers it is available in official website. And better to do mock test papers for final exam.

Hi,
Yes, you are eligible for ICWA. You can take direct admission at intermediate level.
Can you please explain your question to get a clear answer?
Hi,
It has become very lucrative and remunerative and with the implementation of companies act, 2013 the scope has widened for a company secretary as a professional.
A company secretary can be in practice, or in employment be appointed as a key managerial person. Company secretary are also called as compliance managers as they are the ones with an overall and all round knowledge of various laws applicable on the industries.
So it is noteworthy that along with the enhancement in scope, work and remuneration wise, responsibility and accountability is also increased.
The salary package, though depends on your skills, knowledge... View more
The highest package can go as high as 12 to 18 LPA. But the average remains at around 5-6 LPA. Decent scores are fine but most of the time they do not have any significant value. I have seen students scoring less but getting a good package because of their aptitude and communication skills.

Hi Priyanka,
There are no exemptions in CMA after clearing CA exams, apart from one exemption which is, a CA pass out or an IPCC pass out is not required to give CMA foundation. So, you are only eligible to take direct entry in intermediate exams and have no need to give the foundation exam.
To score good rank in the CA exam candidates should plan to study for at least 10 to 15 hours per day. Try to revise theory subjects on a daily basis, and prepare short notes for every topic. This will help them at the time of revision. CA candidates must prepare their own short notes for every topic of the entire syllabus.
Hi,
First of all, decide whether your interest is more theoretical oriented or practical oriented. CA is the one who specialises in taxation, auditing and accounting, a majority of the subjects are practical. Company Secretary is a specialist of law, drafting and compliances. A majority of the subjects are theoretical. There's no such thing as easy or hard. Both are almost at the equal level and require the same level of hard work and understanding. Seeing working prospects wise, CA is much more recognised course among the masses and can start his own practice with ease, that's not the case with CS. However, with the companies act 2013...
