You cannot do M.Sc without Bachelor's degree. I would suggest you join a Bachelor's programme of your preference. From your marks I believe that you are not great in Science, there are other programs out there that you can try apart from Science courses.

You need to give NET SET exam in order to teach in a degree college, but if you want to teach in a junior college then you can do B.Ed. or M.Sc.

The median salary package offered to the students after finishing B.Sc. from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is INR 630,000. While, the Median package offered by Galgotias University after completion of B.Sc. is INR 240,000 - INR 410,000. Basis these stats, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology is better option compared to Galgotias University on the Median salary parameter.
