<p>In the CA Intermediate exam, about 70 percent of the total questions are subjective type. The remaining 30 percent are objective type. All the papers of CA Inter have the same break up. The objective type questions are case study based. Every question carries 1 mark.</p>

<p>It is not necessary. Candidates are advised to attempt only those questions where they feel confidence of right response. The reason being the negative mark may outweigh overall score. As per the existing marking sceme, -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.</p>

Difficulty of IPU CET (B Tech) is of normal level and if anyone who studies PCM well from NCERT 11 & 12th, then it will be quite easy.
But speed is the key factor. You have to be quite fast and smart enough while solving problems as questions are not that much tricky but they require bit of calculations that surely waste some time (Maths).
For Physics, if your concepts are clear and if you have solved the NCERT exercises well, then you will not face any difficulty.
For Chemistry, questions are directly asked from NCERT.
In short, NCERT is best for IPU CET and speed is the key. factor

To score good in CAT you need to score in verbal section also apart from DI/LR and Quant. You can score efficiently only by practicing more and make short tricks for basic mathematical steps in questions like Ratio-Proportions, Time and Distance. You will find various short tricks and formulas on internet or reference books. You can practice more for quant and DI/LR from books like Arun Sharma, TMGH, etc.

You can score good in BITSAT exam by immense practice. Speed and accuracy is what one requires to score more in BITSAT, for there is more chances for getting negative marks in easy questions when you solve them fast. Refer some books like RD Sharma, etc. Try solving last years papers most importantly.
