You have to appear JAM exam which is held every year in the month of feb. For pursuing M.Sc. You can take your GRE, your HS record has nothing to do with it. You must also take your TOEFL or IELTS for meeting English language requirements. Every university has its own requirement, if you take IELTS you must score an overall 6.5.
