You can pursue M.Sc in chemistry after completing your Diploma, provided you meet the eligibility criteria for admission and clear the entrance exam.
It is possible to pursue it after B.Tech, but I don't think it would be reasonable. Unless you are developing AI or something, otherwise it won't help very much. For IIT, you will have to pass JAM.

Executive MBA:
If you are ambitious, your career is on the upswing, and you are looking to turbo-charge your resume, executive MBA (EMBA) is something you might want to consider. Unlike a full-time MBA, where the students are younger and relatively inexperienced, an EMBA programme is designed for professionals who have at least six to seven years work experience. Best of all, its a flexible programme that allows you to keep your full-time job while earning your degree. The degree is aimed at anyone who is driven, keen to develop their managerial acumen, and wants to deepen their knowledge of business. With a degree like this under your... View more

Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.

Low academics are not taken well by Canadian universities. Suggest you to check universities in Europe and also in Australia.

Sorry, but no one can give details of vacant seats. For details about vacant seats, you have to visit the college and talk to college official authorities. Sometimes, the college also posts an add-on newspaper but till now, we didn't get any ad from the college about vacant seats.
