You can pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc and it is the normal route. You don't have to pursue M.Tech to pursue Ph.D, unless you want to do it.

With 65% it will be difficult to get admission in German universities. When you talk about the best universities its the TU9 universities for which you must have around 90%. However check this if you can find options

Hello Anjani,
Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.
Best wishes

MA and MS are two different courses, and it solely depends on your area of interest. MS has different job opportunities and MA has different. Being a computer science engineer, I would suggest you to go for MS, because scope in CS has increased drastically these days.

BS+MS would be a good option. The reason is that it is always important to study in a reputed institution like IISER. If you study in other colleges you will not experience the practicalities of what you study.

Hi Kishore,
The query is very ambiguous. You can pursue your studies in a stream related to your education background, interests and career plans. Which country should you choose will depend on what you want to study, where you want to work etc. Germany, Canada, USA, Singapore are good options for MS studies.

You don't need to pursue any additional diploma to study MS. Your undergraduate years count for the required years to education. Many Canadian universities and colleges accept 15 years of education, so check the eligibility requirements of your course on the college website.

Hello, if you have a competitive profile you can avail a scholarship. Normally, applicants are considered for scholarships at the time of application and awarded on merit basis. MS programs generally lead to a Ph.D, whether you want to complete your Ph.D after your MS has to be your sole decision based on your career goals. A few MS programs are such that you have to continue to a Ph.D program after completion of the MS program e.g a couple of programs in Arizona State University.

Hi Damana,
You can check the admission requirements of the university you are applying to. Certain universities require applicants to mention the specialisation at the time of application. In this case, you must mention about VLSI. If not, there is no need to specify.

No, you don’t require GRE for Masters in mechanical engineering as the university offers the course as M.Eng and M.A.Sc. So you need only give either TOEFL or IELTS.

Hi,
Most universities in USA want minimum 16 years of education. So, possibly, a 4 year bachelor degree. However, very few universities would be there which might consider 15 years of education. For this, it is strongly recommended to do networking along with the graduation. Seek advice regarding the same before filling out the application.

www.scholarclips.co.in,

Yes, there are many graduates from overseas universities who get jobs in India. However it is not necessary that a company in India will have to recognize that foreign degree and pay you accordingly when they feel it sufficient to have your competitor with an Indian degree itself. Thanks for the opportunity. Hope this helps!
