Hi Anjali,
Coming from a science background makes it difficult to pursue any professional course be it CA, CS or CMA. However, there are some portions in CMA wherein having a science background might help you in understanding the calculations and stuff. Further, there's no any restriction on joining any of the course and with an adequate amount of efforts one can clear both CS or CMA. CS is generally considered a bit easy as everybody believes that a maximum number of theoretical papers can be dealt irrespective of the background. It all ultimately depends on what one chooses. All the best. Decide wisely. Feel free to revert.
Institute of Chartered Accountant also provides ATC.

It's not true that CS professionals are treated as just degree holders. Just know that, once you finish the course in India, you have to wait for 2-years after practicing as a CS and you should apply for other memberships in which country you want to work. If you want to go with your Indian CS alone, there won't be many opportunities to work for an MNC to be a part of a different country's head.
The sane goes to CA's, even they have the same concept to work abroad.
Since CS is law based, there is a definite need to study the other country's law before working there. So it needs a membership. CA also requires knowing the different s... View more
ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants India Exam) is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the national professional accounting body of India, to issue a certification about who is eligible to be a professional auditor in India.
First of all, you complete your 12th and during you summer holidays, i.e (March-July), you can go for the coaching.
There are no coaching institutes of CS after 10th.
The Company Secretary course cannot be pursued just after 10th. The minimum educational qualification required to be eligible for the course is +2, from a recognized board of studies.
The course is divided into three stages:
Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program
Candidates who have passed +2 level of examination have to enroll for the Foundation program which is followed by the Executive and the Professional program.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in any stream, except fine arts, can enroll directly for the Executive Program.
Both the options are good. However, CS is better as - Every listed company and every other public company having paid-up share capital of Rs. 10 crores or more have to appoint the Company Secretary in whole-time employment. It is a statutory designation. I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.
Hi. You can do CS from anywhere in India. This is a pan India professional course conducted by the apex body Institute of Company Secretaries of India. The institute has centers across the country where in you can get the relevant details and get registered. All the best. Feel free to revert.
Not cs.CS coaching is to be seperately taken.I would suggest you to take coaching from a reputed coaching institute. But Doon Business School,Dehradun provides seperately CA and CPT inhouse coaching.
It would be difficult if you are pursuing this course due to peer pressure or any other pressure.
It is all within you. No course is easy or difficult, it is just the mindset. I was an above average student when I entered the course. My father was totally against my decision of doing this course. It was the last day of filing the entrance form and we were standing on the window to deposit the same. Before handing over the form to the CS official, my father confirmed from me for a last time that do I really want to do it. I nodded yes and trust me I never regretted that nod. I had failures, I was told by my father that I opted for a ver... View more

Yes, of course, you can join CA Inter as you have cleared your CPT.
If you are poor in study, then I am afraid you will not able to do any demanding course. Also, ICWA is not a valid course as far as I can tell. If you are asking about CA course then understand that it requires very hard work.
The level of difficulty is more in CA as compared to CS but it is not easy to complete CS. You are going to study more in CA as compared to CS but CA is completely hand written exam and in CS there are some of the subjects which are of MCQ and some are hand written exams.
