Numericals are the thing that needed practice. You need to give some more time for those like 5 numericals per day for 30 days. According to me these two books are more than enough for numericals if you prepare them well.

No, no marks will be deducted for a question that is left unattempted. The candidates can safely skip questions if they do not know the correct answer. Notably, candidates will be awarded 4 (four) marks for each correct answer while one marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer. There is negative marking in DUET exam. In order to know about the detailed marking scheme of the DUET exam, candidates need to check the exam pattern and marking scheme given at Shiksha's page or the official website of Delhi University. Notably, DUET is held to provide admission to candidates in Ph.D. courses.

You can pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc and it is the normal route. You don't have to pursue M.Tech to pursue Ph.D, unless you want to do it.
