Both are same. The only difference is, MS is university approved while PGDM is college university.
Hi,Yes, they accept PGCET scores. You are eligible to apply. Apply as soon as possible, because seats get full very early. Good luck.

Survey based on Louisiana State University for MS are generally positive. Students praise the university's strong research opportunities, diverse student body, and affordable tuition. However, some students complain about the large class sizes, the bureaucracy, and the lack of student support services and it is the most important thing.

Hi Raaz,
Yes, you are definitely eligible to pursue MS from US after completing B.Tech through lateral entry. The only thing that then matters is the B.Tech score and the eligible exams which are mandatory for the university you are applying for.
All the best.
Hi,
It is based on your own skills and interests. If you want to pursue MS, that will take you in technical field. And, if you want to do MBA, that will take you on HR field.
Ramaiah had been rated as one of the finest B-Schools in Bangalore since few years. The reputation that the college possess helps to get a good number of companies for recruitment. Your capabilities proves the placement that you can get.
All the best!
MS from TIMSR is best, because it gives 5 star rating incense of faculty campus and placement. Whereas, PG from IMDR is an average college and doesn’t provide up to the mark facility as TIMSR provides. TIMSR give the minimum package of INR 15 Lacs per annum, so from every aspect TIMSR is it good institute and also good for you to pursue your MS.
Definitely, you can, but you can do in some area only, as from me, I am doing my aerospace engineering and in my field, I am studying avionics subject which is taught by ECE faculty, because avionics is based on fully electronics. So, you can go with Masters in aerospace engineering (Avionics), if you are interested.
IBMR fee for regular MBA/PGDM is 4,95,000. which have average placement of 6 LPA to 7.5 LPA. So, in terms of ROI, IBMR is the best.

Hi.

A rank of 7000 for General category is typically too low for MS General Surgery at LTMMC in the main counseling rounds based on recent years' closing ranks, but you could still get a seat in later rounds or under certain quotas depending on how counseling unfolds.

Hi Divya,
I have been to COMEDK counselling last year and I had a rank of 900. I can tell you about the first round and you can roughly estimate for further rounds. So yes, in first round you should have an under 1500 rank for Ramaiah CSE because CSE is a good branch. I had taken RVCE electronics in the first round as I didn't sit for the second round.

Max is 340. Min is 260. For USA, you usually need 300. Big schools like Stanford want 325+. If you get 290, it is tough. risky for admission. Aim higher.

Both are valuable, you can choose any course according to your interest. If you have interest in MS, you can go for MS.
