If you're have sufficient money to pursue MS in foriegn countries like US, UK, Australia and France, go ahead with confidence. You can get entirely a different output in life career. Else, go for MBA in operations/IT in top 100 management colleges in India. All the best for your future.

SSC MS Selection Process comprises 2 stages- Paper 1 and Paper 2. The final selection procedure takes place after the declaration of SSC MS Result, which is expected to be declared within two months after the papers are conducted. There is also a document verification stage after the exams.

It depends upon your interest whether you want to pursue MS/M.Tech or MBA after studying engineering. When it comes to salary time MBA have a better salary package. For MS, the admissions happens only through the CAP process. For CAP process you need to go on dtemaharashtra. gov. in. After the CAP registration, a national ranking is given to you. For registration, you don't need to worry about your aggregate marks. Even the students currently pursuing TY can register themselves. But keep in my mind that many colleges would not let you apply, if your aggregate marks in your graduation are less than 50%.

Sure, you can. As the government universities provide almost free education, so the money spent will only be on the accommodation and food and basic requirements which will not be more than 5-6 Lacs. So, the 2 year MS programme can be completed in your budget.

Academic Profile: You should have above 75% in your undergraduate degree (i.e) CGPA 7.5/10, for Mechanical courses as heavy competition is out there.
Language Proficiency: Most of the German universities accept IELTS score, you can even take GRE and TOFEL.

Pros: Brand name, placements, multitasking, teaching, and ROI.
Cons: Infrastructure and ROI.
I mentioned ROI in both segments because one who is placed would say it as pro and one who didn't will consider it as a con. But every student will be placed at the end even after exams are done. Overall a good college to make a career.
