Both the exams are suitable for doing MS abroad, TOEFL is basically an English exam which requires very little practice and can be cleared easily. GRE requires a good amount of practice and there are different sections that you need to clear. Well, there a lot of things you need to keep in mind like the subject, your budget since MS outside india is very expensive, also language proficiency exams like IELTS/TOEFL is required also your GRE (Graduate record Exam) score should be above 320 if you want to get good college, plus you need apply at least 11-12 months before you graduate.
