You can go for M.Sc in Chemistry, as it is promising both in industrial jobs as well as academics. Pharmacy is also a good option, but then again you will have to give 4 years of study and then you will apply for job. So, it is better to go for 2 years programme, rest it depends on your interest. IIT, Roorkee is a good institute for research and if you wish to pursue here you should go for it but wisely choose your guide under which you want to continue research. This you can do by talking to students already doing research there which will help you in choosing right guide. Also, IIT Roorkee has many research facilities.
