Hello, with regards to PR Australia is the better option. The country also offers work permit to international students. The University Of Melbourne, The University Of Sydney and The University Of New South Wales are world known. It is however a well known fact that USA is home to all the top universities. But there is little chance of PR options.

To my knowledge, MSRIT is one of the best college in Karnataka. The placements are excellent and if you are an average or above average student, definitely you'll be having 2-3 offer letters in your hand while you passout.
Also, Bangalore is a software hub. IT jobs are easily available here. Think wise and choose
