The last date for CS Executive Registration for December 2018 was 28th Feb 2018 and for June 2018 was 31st August 2017. Since you have missed the dates, you can wait and apply next year. Do keep these dates in mind as the dates will be similar for next year as well.

You can take the professional-level examination after ten months of passing the CS Executive. There is no limit, but you need to pass the final stage before your registration ends at ICSI.
