Canada is not a tech blooming spot. So, its always hard to find a proper placement. Their education laws and opportunities are more like Indian and Chinese. So, options in Canada are not much different from India.

MS in industrial engineering is available in UBC, Waterloo & Vancouver too. The minimum grade requirement in graduation is B+ (75%) so I would suggest you to write a letter of interest to the individual universities and see how they respond.

Hi Krishna, It will depend on the university, some will check your academic records from 10th, some won't. But for Masters, your 12th and B.Sc marks will be more important. If you have a good B.Sc percentage, you don't have to worry too much.

Sandeep, Universities those offer other degrees along with Engineering named their Engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) & Institute constituted for only Engineering studies named their degree as B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology). BE/ B.Tech or ME/ M.Tech are same.
