You will have to score at least 60% marks in the written exam and 40% aggregate marks in subjects of the qualifying exam.

According to the criteria of evaluation of the papers, most of the colleges do negative marking as the no. of candidates are more. Therefore in order to saturate the meritorious student groom the bulk, to have the best cream students in future colleges prefer negative marking. There are some institutions that do not do negative marking. It totally depends on which college you choose.

You can give exam if you are in or before M.Sc first year.

Once your application is shortlisted by the college you will be intimated about the entrance exam date. It would take place most probably in May-June.

All topics that you have studied in class 12th will be your syllabus of any entrance exams.

B.Sc in which field? There are many fields in B.Sc. On an average one need to score 50% marks in the entrance at least. As I have said earlier in another thread, there can be no prediction in case of cut off marks because every year diverse set of people come to give entrance test.
