Do you want to go into any specific states college? If, yes do mention! WCC, Chennai offers M.Sc program in eight disciplines, MA in three disciplines and Integrated B.Sc + M.Sc programs at the PG level.
Students who wish to pursue M.Sc and MA programs must hold a Bachelors degree in relevant discipline from a recognized board. Yes, you can do MS in information security or cybersecurity from Germany. Well in Germany there is no tuition fees so you only need to think about living expenses and others. Fee is quite reasonable. No other college give such facilities in such amount they have lift as well for the convenience for students. So if you go for management course the minimum to maximum amount is 2- 4 lakhs rupee for entire course

You can get a seat in both the colleges, there is nothing to block students from non ICAR accredited colleges. But the problem lies in the selection process as you can see the first preference will be given to persons who had completed UG in the same campus.
