Management & IT Consultant,

You advised to evaluate studying in German universities for MS. Education in Germany is very cheap. You can also work 4 hours per day while on student visa to earn enough for your living expenses. Admission in German universities is based on academic performance, therefore, you are advised to study well to obtain a high score in graduation studies.

Yes, there are institutes which provide distance learning and collaborative programs.
5 - 6 programs under BITS Pilani have been mentioned on their website too.
Even IIT Bombay has its Distance learning program, details of which are available on their website - <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www1.iitb.ac.in/~cep/about/index.html" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>http://www1.iitb.ac.in/~cep/about/index.html</a>
Other local colleges also must be offering these courses.

Dear Lakshmi,
Applicants must normally hold a four years bachelor degree with high academic standing. You must visit university websites for individual admission requirements. Application process is online. University of Prince Edward Island is quite popular for this field.

Management & IT Consultant,

Both M.Tech/MS and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech/MS will make you a specialist in chosen field and you can make career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech/MS if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently scope of MBA is wider but slowly industry has started paying good salaries to technologist also. If you can afford MBA & MS abroad you may go ahead. You may evaluate USA, Germany and Australia universities for higher education.

Among your options, engibeering education will be less costly in Germany as there is only nominal fee in degrees such as MS. Cost of MBA will be similar in both German and Australian Universities.

China, Malaysia, UAE, Portugal, Belgium and other East European countries would be some of the options. It is difficult to mention a single college’s name as these places are overall affordable. Do refer to QS ranking to see the best universities in these locations.

It depend what career you want to opt. If you want to be a production manager or a QA management role then MS fits and if it is more where you need to handle staff, supply chain, etc. then MBA is a better option.

yes you can. CGPA is one of the criterion. Though it is on the lower side it would clear eligibility. You can make up for low CGPA with Strong recommendations and Statement of purpose and any research publications if any. Other easier destinations would be Scandinavian countries (not all) where you can get free education.
