Dear Ashish,
From the academic side, it is only the English language test IELTS which you need to give and if i remember the score required may be overall 7.5 or 7 with no band less than 7 or 6.5. From the practising perspective i think you need to clear a licencing exam, so please check this out with the University you are applying to.

For pursuing Master's abroad, especially in IT field, I would say USA would be the best choice. But still it depends on the duration you wish to stay after completing Master's. In US its very difficult to get H1B VISA. whereas in Canada you'll get 3 years of work permit after completing Masters. If you work for 2 years then you are eligible for PR as well.

That you must decide as per your interest Vivek. A specialization which seems to be leading may not be of your interests and won't serve you any purpose in the end. Data mining, Web Development, Systems Development, Systems security, Embedded Systems, Animation are some of the demanding areas. Hope it helped.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Hi,
It is difficult to rate since MS programs are really selective, also it depends if you are applying to a research based or coursework based MS. 77% is alright but may not be enough. Apply with a strong application, solid LORs, projects, publications etc. will be considered. Good Luck with it.
