If you want to go for govt job, higher studies you need to apply for GATE and prepare well in case you want Masters, M.Tech in India. If MBA than go for CAT, etc.
If you want to work in any software companies you should attend their interviews.
If you want to work for electrical engineering MNC's you need to wait and apply for them, attend job fairs, use your college senior networks, etc.
