It is indeed great to hear from you, such an interesting query. IIT's are definitely in a different league altogether. They get cream of students and as a result different companies flock to them for recruitment. In the next rung are many institutions. Colleges with NAAC A grading cones next. If you want to go for govt job, higher studies you need to apply for GATE and prepare well in case you want Masters, M.Tech in India. If MBA than go for CAT, etc.
If you want to work in any software companies you should attend their interviews.
If you want to work for electrical engineering MNC's you need to wait and apply for them, attend job fairs, use your college senior networks, etc.
If you want to work in any medium or small scale engineering companies you can attend their interviews make sure you have good reference as its very tough to get into them without reference.

You have to start from scratch, probably do a Bachelor's degree in nursing besides fulfilling other pre-requisite courses. If you did not have biology in class 12th thing will be difficult. You should start emailing colleges abroad and enquire about the possibilities.

Hacking is just a skill which requires, Coding Knowledge, Network Knowledge, Server side Scripting Knowledge, Computer Hardware Knowledge and Testing Knowledge. You can go for animation and VFX as opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modeling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). All the three have good opportunities in India. CS and CA have become too mainstream companies which do face compliance issues which has generated more demand for CA and CS students.
With GST coming in CA students, audit and tax can stand to benefit.
As far as abroad is concerned, CFA-USA is far better with jobs in banking.
Their relevant experience in BFSI sector with 1 year forms basic qualification to get job abroad.

Salary is a function of various factors - i.e. (i) the institute where you have completed your B.Tech + M.Tech. e.g. a graduate from a top institute will command a higher salary. (ii) Your work experience - organization and type of work profile &#40;iii&#41; city - a metropolitan city will have higher salaries as compared to smaller cities and towns. (iv) Your current organization - i.e. where you will be joining - an MNC usually has higher salaries as compared to other organizations.
