One thing is that you can't get a permanent lectureship with only B.Tech in your hand. As per the new AICTE regulations, there are no lecture posts in engineering colleges anymore. The name of the first lectureship post is Assistant Professor. So you do need a PG (in your case M.Tech.) to enter into the lectureship. You do get lectureship as a guest in some self-financing engineering colleges or in poly techniques.
If you take your PhD, then you can start your career as an Associate Professor (Professor if there is vacancy).

You can appear for EAMCET-Andhra Pradesh after 12th for a shot at getting admission in an engineering college in this branch. Else you can think of doing BCA or BCS after your 12th. It all depends on your performance in CET, marks in 12th aptitude etc.

MCA itself covers most of the theoretical aspects of networking. Now having got a basic fundamental in computers thru these courses, it is more important to go for practical implementation, for that it is necessary to take up a job in the relevant field.
