12th PCM students are not eligible for NEET. You have to clear the Biology paper from NIOS or other boards for NEET eligibility.

I'm sorry to inform you that because BHMS and B.A. MS require higher grades, you are not qualified for admission to a reputable college. To be admitted to a reputable BHMS and B.A. MS government medical college, you must receive at least 350 in the NEET 2022 exam. After MBBS the most popular courses for medical aspirants are BHMS or Bachelor of Homeopathic Medical and Surgery, and B.A. MS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

I will say, it completely depends on university requirements, you might get admission with 60% marks, but it is not guarantee that you will get admission in top universities, some individuals got admission even with 55% marks. No, as far as I know the basic criteria is B.Sc Physics Honours.
However, you can try other colleges across India including IIT, NIT, IISC. You need to qualify JAM only.
