The Candidates who have passed M.Phil in the regular mode is exempted from LPU NEST for admission to Ph.D. But you will have to appear for the interview provided you meet the eligibility criteria. Can I know your stream in class 12th? If you do not have mathematics, then you have to go for PPC exams in IGNOU. To pursue BCA from IGNOU is not advisable as passing percentage of BCA candidates in IGNOU is very poor.
