In my opinion Physics is the best stream as there are variety of courses in Physics and the research opportunities are vast. If you are willing to get job after M.Sc. Please specify the entrance exam which you are appearing for, so that I may be able to populate relevant details regarding syllabus for the test.

Both are good. The only difference is in the fee and the courses.
MSRIT is for MBA- 2.5 lacs
MSRIM is for PGDM- 6.25 lacs
But placement wise, MSRIM is better but if you want to pursue MBA, go for MSRUAS.

NIT, Meghalaya is the better option. Go for that. Here the placements records in last few years were comparatively very good.

Both are there, B.Tech and M.Sc.

I would suggest you opt for MAIT as this college is somewhat better then the MSIT, the difference is not much but yes if you compare the college faculty, infra and placements you will get the difference.
