In my point of view, you should join MBA in finance after completed B.Com, but remember one thing whenever you join an MBA college, you should make sure that it has a good reputation and placement record and you should have in-depth knowledge of your subject and other courses are CA, CS and various certfications.
Even I am doing biotech and it has good scope in India. Try for old IITs and then go for NIT-Warangal, etc.
