Robotics Engineering is a niche branch in India with limited opportunities at present. However, Mechanical Engineering is a far more generic branch with ample job opportunities. Therefore, I would suggest you to pursue B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and if you wish, you can pursue M.Tech in Robotics Engineering. As a career adviser, I can't say one course is better than the other. Both courses have its own merits.
B.Com and BBA are courses with similar subjects. Both are related with business / commerce. B.Com is a traditional course where as BBA is new age course.
