The isn't any special preparation that an engineering candidate have to do. The only barrier would be the basics of Accounts as it is new for a non commerce student. So prepare for Accounts as well along with Entrance test (like CAT/CMAT/MAT). Rest all are very similar. Statistics is already taught to a Maths candidate, it makes Economics easier for you.

Coaching assistance will be available with local and national networks such as TIME, Career Launcher etc.
No doubt Kota is the best for IIT JEE preparation. It's called education city of India. Siker is good but Kota is the best in whole India.
