It's easy you just have to apply for student visa permit for India. Your fee structures will slightly vary from Indian students due to quota seat reservations. The eligibility is 10+2 passed.

There is no such big difference between course curriculum of B.tech CSE and CSE 3 continent program, but majorly i would say go for B.tech CSE as it gives more opportunity.

HR, as we all know don’t give very high package initially, but the growth in HR is exceptionally well, but growth will occur only when you have that much knowledge and exposure, and that you will get here, For your concern, I will give a round off figure of average package in HR, it is around Rs. 3-3.5 pa.

For lateral entry scheme, you have to complete your 3-year Diploma course and after that, you will have to give state entrance exam. Some private universities give admission directly.

As per your rank in AEEE, you are chances to get admission into Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University are nil. Your rank should be at least below 6000 or 7000 to get admission.
So try for other colleges.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you will qualify or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration

First of all, it's better to get rank less than 5k as it's Amrita the most prestigious institution. It has more competition than other institutions.

No, it is not compulsory. You can do BBA even if you didn't take maths in 12th. But you will have to give the Narsee Monjee Institution entrance exam for BBA.
