You don't need to show the gap certificate for MBA admissions, but every college has its own rule n regulations. So, take out gap certificate, as we don't know whether they would ask or not for gap certificate, but Keep gap certificate for showing if they ask.

If you pursue it after dropping BA, you will be wasting an year of yours.
