The basic eligibility criteria for BBA from SSCB (University of Delhi) is that you need to have maths as a subject in class 12th. So yes, you are eligible for that. But first of all, you need to score good rank (or score) in DU -JAT exam. Based on that, you can get admission in that college. SSCB is really great college for management studies.

No reputed universities demand for 50% -55%. Different universities have different eligibility criteria so you can check it on the website of these universities.
No, your marks are too low despite of the fact that you have qualified the examination. Jadavpur University required higher marks than this for admission. All the best.
