Yes, you can apply for CS foundation course. Eligibility for CS Foundation:
Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary (10+2 or equivalent) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto can join the CS Foundation Programme. The Company Secretary Course has three levels and the fees structure is as follows -
For foundation you need to pay Rs 4500
For CS executive the fees is Rs 8500
And for CS professional the fees is Rs 12000. The fee structure is same for the entire country.

Go with the basics first, before opting for CFA. Clear NISM V-A, X-A & IRDA IC 38 certifications, and then it is better to go for CFP first, before CFA. Go step by step. Check yourself with these certifications. If you clear them, go for CFA. As it'll increase your knowledge too.
