Hi, Mostly, the admission in government institutes is based on merit I. e. your marks obtained in 10+2. But the scenario is gradually changing and universities are introducing entrance exam pattern for admissions for some of the courses. With this %, you may get admission in B.Com. For specialisation, I cannot be confirmed. As it depends upon if you had Math as a compulsory subject in your class 12th or not. There are some college doesn't allow admission for non-maths students for finance stream. However, admission in BBA with 76 is possible. I hope this helps.
