The CS Professional is the final stage of the Company Secretary exam, whereas the CS Executive is the second stage. The CS Executive course can be pursued by any graduate (except a fine art graduate). After clearing the CS Executive course, only you can appear for the CS Professional course. In the CS Executive stage, there are just two modules to be cleared to advance to the next stage. Since CS Professional is the last stage, there are three modules and one elective subject. You need to pass a total of nine exams to become a company secretary. The fee for a CS executive is around Rs. 10,000, whereas it is Rs. 12,000 for CS professionals.

The student who would like to join the course after 10+2 pass or equivalent has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretary course-

<p>There is no negative marking in Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the CA Foundation course as they are subjective papers. In Paper3 and Paper 4, which have objective type questions, there is negative marking of 1/4<sup>th</sup> mark for incorrect attempt. Total marks per paper is 100. Every question carries 1 mark. Thus, students must mark answers carefully in Paper 3 and 4, to avoid negative marking. They must not do guess work.</p>

Hi, UK degrees are not easily accepted in India so you will have a hard time finding a job here unless of course you are a Oxford/Cambrige or LBS/LSE graduate. Also, the idea of working in UK may not work because of their tight work permit options. This is a reason why student enrollment in UK has declined considerably in recent years. You may look for jobs in Europe but find out about detailed work related policies for international students beforehand.
