Both B.Tech CSE & IT degrees are equally good. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job. From placements perspective, CS is a better option than IT. CS includes software languages and concepts (generally) dealt in IT industries. IT companies prefer CS over IT.

You can consider amity university, sharda university. I think they have management quota for admission. You can confirm it by contacting these universities.

CS is easy than ECE.Take ECE if you are really an hard working student otherwise you may face various problems later on.

Based on your board marks, you may not get any good colleges, you will have to take any entrances, and for Bangalore, you need to take COMEDK exam, yeah there is management quota seats but for this, you need to talk to the college management.
