From placements perspective, CS is a better option than IT. CS includes software languages and concepts (generally) dealt in IT industries. IT companies prefer CS over IT.

CS is easy than ECE.Take ECE if you are really an hard working student otherwise you may face various problems later on.

Based on your board marks, you may not get any good colleges, you will have to take any entrances, and for Bangalore, you need to take COMEDK exam, yeah there is management quota seats but for this, you need to talk to the college management.
