No doubt, CSE will give more opportunities to get a job into MNC's. E&TC is the next best after CSE. IT majors like TCS, INFY, WIPRO, Accenture, Tech Mahindra first look for CSE students and then for E&TC. Doing engineering from IITs and other premiere colleges like BITS, VIT, NITs will get you jobs in bigger MNCs like Google, Microsoft, Facebook. In my view, CSE has an upper hand as compared to E&TC if you want to get into an MNC.
There is a minor difference between CS and IT. There is an overlap of syllabus between 80 and 90% in both the graduation degrees. The syllabus of CS emphasises on theoretical computational sciences. IT emphasis on computer application in business. Both graduation degrees can help students to get the junior level developer and tester role. Students are advised to pursue PG course for a meaningful career in the IT industry.
Electronics and communication branch is one of the best branches in engineering. It’s a core branch. We all know that electronics sectors is going nowhere for almost 10-20 years and also communication sector is one of the leading sectors. There is big scope in ECE.

Both CVSR and Sri Indu are well-respected colleges in their respective fields. However, I would recommend that you research both colleges thoroughly and visit them in person if possible to determine which one would be the best fit for you based on your individual needs and preferences. Some things you may want to consider when comparing the two colleges include their academic programs, campus culture, and available resources and support services. Additionally, it may be helpful to talk to current students or alumni of both colleges to get a sense of what it's like to attend each one.

Sorry to tell you, but Bachelor degree is only applicable after 12th qualification. So, either right now you can do Diploma or re-write the exam. Then, applying for some good private institution.
Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements of passing the 10+2 or an equivalent exam from an accredited board with at least 45% of the possible points (40 percent for SC/ST candidates) in order to pursue a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the GNIOT Institute of Professional Studies. While it may not be required having completed 10+2 coursework in Computer Science or mathematics can be advantageous. Hi Dnyaneshwar,
Engineering in Computer Science and Petroleum are two entirely different courses. While pursuing B.Tech CSE you get to learn about computers, hardware and softwares, B.Tech Petroleum engineering is purely based on chemicals. So choose your field according to the subject that interests you.
If it's C++ then go for CSE and if its Chemistry and Hydrocarbons choose petroleum.
Also keep in mind that you career and placements options entirely depends on the stream you're gonna choose.
Whatever your choice be, you can join University of Technology and Management (UTM) for either of the respective fields. They o... View more

Indian IT industry major revenue is from Applications Development and Maintenance (ADM). Maximum jobs are in ADM. Therefore, B.Tech CSE graduates are offered job as Developer or Tester or Apps Support executive etc. in IT companies in ADM or in IT departments of business enterprises or government organisations.
With increase automation and increased outcry against outsourcing in western world, Indian IT industry will shrink in size. IT is slowly losing its pride place. Unless you do CSE or IT from top Institute, you may face challenges in getting a good job.
