Your percentage is not good for MNCs but there are many companies which hire engineers in this percentage in low salary but if you have good knowledge about your field then you can earn good salary and get easily growth in MNC.

There is not a lot of difference between CSE and IT. CSE professional understand the real how behind the computations and computational theories. IT guys are actually the user of the computer applications and derive new software and computational ecosystems. Also not most of the universities differentiate between the two. Ravi, there is always a trend which gets established in the job market / scenario and this trend sustains for some time and then changes again. As of now the inclination is more towards Computer Science.

Computer engineering is more related to computer hardware. After pursuing this, you can get into IT/Infrastructure and operations team of any IT-company. On the other hand, software engineering is much related to programming and analytical skills in developing the computer applications.

The minimum required SSC marks for Diploma admission are 35%. Hence you are eligible for admission in diploma programs. CSE has more practical approach.
IT fields end up by having 8 hours continuous job in front of computer. IT field has mainly sale sector works while CSE graduate can find a decent job.

To pursue MS in computer science and engineering, you should go for B.Tech in computer science engineering or IT engineering. The best option would be to go for computer science engineering as you will get good options after completing B.Tech to pursue MS. In various universities, the minimum requirement for MS is B.Tech in CSE.
