According to me, you should concentrate on your current course i.e. B.Sc because it is very important for you. After that, if you have sufficient time left, you can start preparing for CAT. Plan accordingly. All the best.

You can learn vocabularies, aptitude, general knowledge and reading comprehension. You can try to solve problems in shortcuts, work on more problems, manually it will help you.

Books by Arun Sharma are for CAT are also good for reading comprehension, verbal, data interpretation and logical reasoning, for quantitative aptitude, especially a book by Sarvesh K Verma is really good.

If you have prepared your state board nicely, then 1 year preparation is enough for JEE. Because in JEE, they ask questions form 11th and 12th only. And, you should go through previous years question papers.

Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power. It will also help you to get in touch with basic vocab. Don't miss out the editorial page. I have not heard of any app that can help you in preparation of JEE Mains. See, ultimately, it's you who has to study and pass exam. App perhaps may help you in finding answers while you are preparing. That's it.

It is better to stick to NCERT. You can go through the whole book twice. It will help you in class 12th boards and JEE Mains because now you have no time left for preparation.
