There are books for CAT from R S Agarwal, Arihant Publications, Arun Sharma etc. will be helpful.
Do go for CAT coaching as it helps you more than self study.
They provide you mock tests, study materials to enhance you in preparing well for the exam.
One year is apt for the preparation of CAT exam. You can start accordingly.
For class 12th CBSE boards, you don't need any textbooks only NCERT are best for the preparation. As the questions asked in the board exams are remake of NCERT questions.
