Hi, in comparison to BBE, a B.A. with honors in economics is a superior alternative for passing the civil services exam. Compared to BBE, it provides more in-depth coverage of the subject, which will improve your score. All the best.

Every MPBSE class 12 students should practice the MP Board 12th previous year question papers. It help the students to have a clear idea about the overall exam pattern and type of questions asked in the exam. It also help the students know the marking scheme and important topics from each subjects. If the students solve previous year's question like a real exam then it will surely boost their preparation level.

Both are good institutes in providing coaching for the CAT examination.

For a better result in the BSEB 10th exam, the students need to cover the entire BSEB 10th syllabus. It is true that a few topics from the syllabus are considered important, but the questions can be asked from any topic. Hence, the students need to focus on covering the entire syllabus. Students should also check previous years question papers. They will find that the questions are asked from any topics of the syllabus. However, many coaching institutes release a set of important questions in each subject. Students can obtain it and prepare for all the important questions as well.

Hi,
So great to know that you are so focused.
I would like to suggest you to read CSR or Pratiyogita Darpan magazine on a daily basis.
Read The Hindu Newspaper daily, analyse the news and write it in your own language.
It might be enough for you for the time being.
I suggest you to make it your habit, this is very important.
All the very best!
Hello Harshit,
Yes, it's good to join a crash course. They give training in how to solve question paper and also, teach tricks in quick answering.
Best wishes.
Please don't use the international level books for JEE, It's JEE not the exam of SAT, TOEFL.
You can use normal books to score good.
Most important NCERT Books.
Apart from this, you can use following books:
For physics
D.C. Panday
For Chemsitry
Arihant Books
For Maths
Arihant Books
Apart from this if you want MCQ books, you can use MTG or TMH Books.
All The Best.
ETOOS (MOTION) is the best in Kotak for IIT-JEE.
True that even with self-study, you can achieve anything. In this case, clear the JEE Mains, but that doesn't mean it is the easier of the two alternatives. Coaching makes life easier for its students, and contrary to the popular opinion it does not have to be a nightmarish experience. And it will definitely improve your rank.
Some of the important books are listed below:
-Quantitative Aptitude book by R.S.Agarwal
-Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning by Arun Sharma /Logical Reasoning by S.Chand
-English proficiency-IMS India
-Reasoning by Mukesh Khanna
-Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning by R.S. Agarwal
-Disha Publications-G.K Publications
- Pearson Education
-Sagarika Publications
Dear Arpana,
You should have fixed schedule of devoting daily 1 hour of practice for CAT on weekdays, and minimum 5 hours on weekends and public holidays, so that you're left with enough time for mock exams before the CAT exam.

Focus on revising the full syllabus instead of learning new topics. Solve as many JAC 10th/12th sample papers and previous years' papers as possible. Practice writing answers neatly and within time limits. Make quick revision notes for important formulas and points. Stay calm, confident, and take care of your health.

If you follow this for one week, I guarantee your confidence will boost enormously. For physics, read NCERT first and then do the exercises. Then go for HC Verma and solve exercises. HC Verma's theory can also fetch you good marks in boards. For chemistry, just go for NCERT, nothing else. Read it once twice thrice until you become confident. For maths, first NCERT and then any other book recommended by your coaching. Also, remember to take the test every week for boards from Arihant or other sample papers.
Hello Naman Gowda,
It is very nice and interesting to know that you want to join United States Air Force Academy. But I am afraid, like the Indian Air Force Academy at Dindigul near Hyderabad, admissions to United States Air Force Academy in Colorado are also restricted to the citizens of that country, United States of America, as a result I am sure you will not be eligible unless you are a US citizen and still studying in India. Else you are an x Indian in US with US citizenship. I am attaching a link which will give you all the required information about eligibility and how to get admission in this coveted United States Air Force Aca... View more

Yes, why not. You can do B.Tech in private college after your class 12th and JEE equivalent preparation as the syllabus for engineering is similar as JEE but only in 1st semester.
Hello Siddharth, There are no drawbacks in starting MBA preparations from B.Tech second semester. However, you may feel a bit deviated from the technical courses you'll be studying in engineering. My only suggestion for you is that tart linking your branch of study (Electrical/Mech/CSE/Civil) and explore areas of MBA where it can be properly utilised. Focus on cracking CAT/XAT rather than CMAT/MAT. Best Wishes !
