Hi,
Frankly speaking, it is very difficult and indefinite to decide the time required to complete CA. It takes quite a number of attempts for even an above average student to clear all exams. And, even there are chances of syllabus changes in every 2-3 months. However, if one clears all the papers in just one attempt each, then duration is 4.5 years.

If you are in class12 now, then get good % in board exams,go for DU B.com(H) course which is a really high profile course.
If your % isn't that good you can try private colleges.
You can also do BBA from Symbiosis,Christ University,St.Xaviers as these collges are highly reputed. But getting in a good college on Du,that experience is another level especially North campus.
IP University,Delhi is also a goog option for you to do various commerce courses.
REMEMBER you should have math in class11 and 12 for B.com(H)in DU.
