If you are into pure science and you're interested in chemistry, go for it. There are various jobs you can get in private as well as public sector, you just you need to be good at your things. Major jobs opportunities are in research and development sector, food industries chemical testing, being a professor, etc.

You may do your Post graduation (MSc) in Nursing which gives you options to choose a speciality like MSc Nursing in Psychiatry, Pediatric s, Surgery, OG etc. Another option is doing MSC in Psychology. Also there are options to do an MBA is Hospital Administration, Masters in Public health, etc.

Eligibility is 10+2 from recognized board and from Science stream. B.Sc Nursing is a Degree programme (Bachelor of Science Degree). INC (Indian Nursing Council) is the body governing the aspects of nursing education in India. B.Sc Nursing course follows the syllabus prescribed by the INC. Hi, M.Sc in Chemistry enables you to take up a career in academics with schools and colleges or a position in Research &amp; Development with Pharmaceutical companies and laboratories. Its a very specific degree with vast scope only if you are an excellent researcher. The courses are offered at IIT Delhi, University of Pune, IISC, IIRS, IIT Bhuvneshvar , JNTU hyderabad and university of madras.
Few organizations in India where one can find jobs are Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, India Meteorology Department, Indian Air Force, Space Application Center, National Remote Sensing, Agency, Defense Research and Development Organization, Indian Space Research Organization etc.

It is definitely a good choice. You can do Ph.D. You can join as Research Assistants in ICAR which a Group B equivalent post, and is Project based. After getting selected for regular Research posts, they can get into Junior Group A (entry scale).
