As you have taken BiPC in your 12th standard you are not eligible to take CSE. Maths is a mandatory subject to study engineering. But you have an alternative i.e. Diploma (computer science) and B.Sc computers. You could choose any of these.

I see, you are interested in taking admission in Bangalore. The eligibility criteria for all colleges in Karnataka (which includes Bangalore) is, you should have a minimum of 50 percent in class 10th and 12th and you should have a valid score in entrance exam of Karnataka (KCET, if you're a resident of Karnataka or COMEDK, if you're a resident of any other state).
