I do not think you would stand a great chance in the first round of counselling, since their seats fill out very quickly. You could try for their other campuses in Jaipur though.

By this rank, getting a government college in for B.Tech is quite difficult. So, it's better for you to try for private colleges that is B grade private colleges.

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech in CSE is HSC with PCM subjects. Most of the universities have their own entrance examination for engineering education.

Although engineering colleges prefer PhD for teaching roles but if you are M.Tech in CSE then you can teach CSE courses. However for long term career in teaching, you are advised to do PhD in CSE.

Yes, You are eligible to sit in JoSAA counselling even if you are not qualified for JEE Advance. In JoSAA counselling, it doesn't matter whether you have qualified for JEE Advance or not. To study MS in USA, you must take the GRE and also TOEFL. Academically, you must be very good and you must have extra-curriculars too on your profile. For university ranks, you can check Times Higher Education. Carnegie Mellon, Cornell, UCLA are some of the best ones. Visit the university websites for university specific admission requirements and prepare.

Sorry to say, but it will really difficult for you to get a seat in this college with this rank. Although you should participate in the counselling process till the last round.
At the same time apply for some private universities also to be in the safer side.

No, you cannot get admission in B.Tech CSE at this rank at Institute of Technology (Nirma University). For admission, your rank should be under 350 or score above 110.

To qualify the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test 2022 aspirants should have secured a minimum of 45 % marks in case of General Category and 40% for Persons with Disability, PwD aspirants (belonging to Maharashtra State only). From 5 August 2022 to 11 August 2022 Entrance Test was organized for the PCM group and from 12 August 2022 to 20 August 2022 Entrance Test was organized for the PCB group.

Physics and Mathematics at 10+2/HSC level are compulsory subjects for getting admission in Engineering/ Technology B.E. /B tech undergraduate courses. So PCB group students are not eligible for getting admission in B.Tech CSE/IT/ECE etc.
