HI Sadiq, Usually commerce graduates apply for posts in accounting. Depending on your specialisation and your college's reputation you can also apply for posts related to finance and management. Insurance and banking sector is also welcoming to commerce graduates especially if you have done any courses or internships related to these during your graduation.

Hello Deepak,
After B.Com, you get an enormous amount of opportunities. If you want to go with the stream, you can go for CA, ICWA, CS, CFA, etc. courses. Or you can enroll for Bank PO examinations, a lot of vacancies keep coming up from time to time.
You can go for M.Com, or if you are into creative courses, you can go for PG in journalism.
b.com is just like plain graduation. Undoubtedly, for B.Com graduates, career in MBA finance, or CA etc. gets little hampered. But It surely doesn't mean that you have to follow the stream.
Good luck!
